Attorney Beverly Bradshaw earned her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law in May of 2009. Her legal education provided a foundation in transactional and real estate that would eventually define her legal practice. During her time at UCLA, she served as the research assistance for Constitutional Law Professor, Adam Winkler. During that time, she assisted in a wide range of projects, including an amicus brief in District of Columbia v. Heller, a Second Amendment case argued in the U.S. Supreme Court in 2008. Before law school, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Ms. Bradshaw is a three-time cancer fighter, who spends her time outside of her legal practice operating a non-profit for rescuing and rehoming dogs.
Professional Experience
Beverly Bradshaw’s legal career began at Best Best & Krieger LLP, where she served as an associate in the Special Districts practice group. There, she represented public agencies such as the Riverside County Transportation Commission, negotiating and drafting contracts for major infrastructure projects, including the multi-billion-dollar Route 91 Toll Road expansion. Her early exposure to complex, high-value contracts sharpened her legal drafting skills and deepened her understanding of public-private negotiations. Beverly later served as a Deputy Labor Commissioner with the State of California, where she adjudicated wage disputes under the California Labor Code.
She eventually founded her own practice, focusing on business transactional law with a strong emphasis on commercial lease negotiation. Today, her practice is focused on helping businesses in all stages of growth navigate the commercial leasing process.
